Search and AI Visibility Audit for OpenSesame - Return On Now

Search and AI Visibility Audit for OpenSesame

Proposal presented by: Return On Now

Hi Tanya,

It was great to catch up with you on our call Wednesday. Thanks again for taking the time to talk this through with me.

Based on our conversation, I structured this first phase around three connected audits: SEO, AEO, and GEO. Each one focuses on a different part of website visibility, and together they should give you a solid picture of what is limiting performance, where the best opportunities sit, and what to prioritize next.

The goal is to map out the work needed to help the website contribute more to visibility and lead generation, with a practical roadmap for next steps.

I also shared a few sample pages separately so you and your marketing team can get a feel for what the audit outputs and roadmap could look like. My prior engagements in this area are covered by NDAs, so I created a redacted mockup to show the format and the type of content typically included.

I look forward to working with you. When you’re ready to move ahead, click the “Accept” button in the upper right corner of this proposal page.

Best Regards,

SEO Structural Audit

This audit reviews the technical and on-page SEO foundation of the OpenSesame website to identify issues that may limit crawlability, indexation, internal authority flow, and ranking potential across core commercial pages. The work includes a review of technical site health, internal linking, metadata, headings, template structure, schema, and other on-page signals that influence how search engines crawl, interpret, and rank key pages. It also examines how product, solution, pricing, FAQ, and resource pages support organic visibility through stronger technical consistency and page-level optimization. The goal is to identify technical issues, structural weaknesses, and page-level gaps that may reduce search performance, then organize the findings into clear next steps for improvement.

AEO Extraction Audit

This audit reviews how well the OpenSesame website supports answer extraction, citation, and visibility across AI-driven search experiences and answer engines. The work includes an assessment of content structure, heading hierarchy, question targeting, definitional clarity, FAQ coverage, schema support, and citation readiness across priority pages. It also examines whether key pages present product information, solution details, and differentiators in a format that AI systems can parse, extract, and cite accurately. The goal is to identify where the current site structure helps or hinders answer visibility, then define the changes needed to strengthen extraction readiness across high-value pages and topics.

GEO Entity and Representation Audit

This audit reviews how clearly OpenSesame, its platform, and its products are defined and reinforced across the website so generative AI platforms can interpret and describe the brand with greater accuracy. The work includes a review of entity clarity, brand and product relationships, trust signals, proof content, structured data, and consistency across key pages. It also examines how the site connects company positioning, product language, solution narratives, and supporting evidence so AI systems can form a stronger understanding of what OpenSesame does, who it serves, and how it differs from competitors. The goal is to identify ambiguity, weak entity reinforcement, and representation risks that may affect how generative platforms describe the company and its products.

Your Investment

These three audits work together as one coordinated Phase 1 AI Visibility engagement. Findings from each workstream will roll into a consolidated set of recommendations, along with a prioritized roadmap for improving search visibility, answer extraction readiness, and generative AI representation across the site.
